The hotel is close to London Bridge (approximately 12-minutes walking), restaurants and cafes. The staff was super friendly and welcoming.

The room was really warm all the time... Glad that there was a fan in the room to try/help to beat the heat (I booked the room with no window).

Exceptionally clean and staff were excellent especially lady at reception on the 18th July who checked me in around 4.30. She even helped me find were I had to go in the morning without using a taxi.

Very clean in fact immaculate. Great bathroom and comfy bed.

Cute, clean hotel that was reasonably priced. The staff were mostly very friendly and helpful. The rooms are tidy and the bathrooms modest, but clean. This hotel is in a good location not far from Borough Market.

My room was one of the few without a window or air conditioning. And it was brutally hot. The hotel provided a fan that did very little. I find the lack of a window to be a safety hazard. But as I was just there to sleep, I simply suffered through hot nights.

Good location, close to underground, quiet and clean rooms. Grocery and other things-shop just next door.

It was very warm inside the room (although one should say that it was very warm outside as well). We knew that there were no windows, but its was less pleasant than we thought. We could use a fan though inside the room though. No breakfast included.

The whole place is clean and well decorated. The room, whilst small, had everything you need, including biscuits! En-suite all well fitted-out with a good shower. Good location, 20 minute walk to London Bridge & 5 mins to Borough Tube station. Excellent value for money

Small room with no window, but this is very clearly stated in the description, as it was one of their budget rooms. This is fine if you're not going to spend much time in the room

Walls were exceptionally thin, I could hear every word of the conservation a couple were having in the next room and they were only speaking at normal volume. It was like they were in the same room.

I've stayed several times in this hotel and it's a bit of hit or miss, depending on the room you get. If you're lucky, you get a decent room and then it's great. It's location is convenient and the price is reasonable. However, on my last stay I had a room that was literally twice the size of the bed, no chair or desk, no windows, and basically no ventilation. It was hot and all I had was a small noisy fan. I kept opening the door into the ball to let cooler air in. Not a great experience and certainly not what I expected based on previous stays at this hotel.

I had requested two rooms, quiet rooms and ideally adjacent/close to one another. One room was prebooked and paid for, the other was not. One was a deluxe room and one a standard. We were told we had been upgraded on arrival - fantastic but not sure who or what was upgraded...it sounded good though. They were however opposite each other. Friendly helpful receptionist. Clean room, spacious bathroom and quiet as requested.
